Application Fee

KM Realty charges a $25 per adult application fee. Each person over 18 on the lease must have a credit check run on them.

Security Deposit

KM Realty requires a minimum deposit of 1 months rent. This deposit will not be used in lieu of last months rent.

Section 8

KM Realty does not accept Section 8.
