If you have the time to manage a property, but not the time to find a tenant,
or you just don't want to deal with the hassle of finding a tenant, we can
help!
KM Realty Tenant Placement Service
- Show the property.
- Hand out applications
- Collect them back and screen the tenant, including running a credit check.
- Assuming we approve them, and you approve them as well, then we will sign the
lease and all other necessary documents, collect the deposits, and turn over
keys.
- We then turn over all documents over to you, and you manage the property
yourself.
- All this for a flat fee of 1/2 the first months rent.
